I have many addictions, all of them good ones and this is my latest!
A healthy snack bar, great for breakfast on the go, or you could do as I do and chuck a few in a ziplock and carry them around for a hunger crisis.
You will need 250g organic rolled oats, 100g desiccated coconut, 200g dried cranberries, 125g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame), 125g unsalted peanuts and I x 397g tin of condensed milk.
Wop them into a bowl and mix them up
Gently heat up the condensed milk and then add that to the mixture, flatten it into a 23cm x 33cm x 4cm baking tin, put into the oven at 130c for 50 mins and then cool for 15 mins, cut into your preferred sizes and then store away straight away.
Eat, eat, eat for the whole week and then make another batch!
